Nice hotel, with clean and spacious rooms ( we booked 2 rooms). Personell are friendly. 😀 - The rooms were spacious, clean and with beautiful view from outside 😞 - None

Very good price/quality ratio 😀 - Good location, at walking distance of the city centre. Relatively spacious room. Friendly staff. Varied breakfast. 😞 - Replace the fake fruit juice with something more resembling the real thing or, if possible, the real thing. I'd also like tomato ketchup with my scrambled eggs.

Very good 😀 - Great location and convient to have parking right across the street. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we needed to switch rooms due to the air cooler not working. 😞 - The wifi was not real good, not strong enough to be able to work.

Value for money Ibis Wirzburg 😀 - Standard of Ibis hotels is good for a one night stay 😞 - More info regarding local parking would be helpful

The staff was very responsive and helpful. I sent an email to make an enquiry and the answer came out quickly and clearly. A few subsequent emails to clarify some points were also attended to promptly. The staff at the reception were also helpful in providing information about parking and the city.

Very convenient Location. Hotel neat and clean. Can't fault any of the services. In fact they did make it convenient for us for assisting us with our needs , within their rules. Requested a kettle, was provided one against a deposit and returned promptly on check out. Didn't have to call the House keeping for any issues with the room or servicing. But of course it's a typical IBIS hotel , so do not expect anything extraordinary ( read as Room sizes, amenities ..). The Best part was to view outside from the Breakfast room..see pics , which we enjoyed everyday during Breakfast.

Had a lovely experience. Very accommodating to any specific requests within reason. Close to the train station and most all the tourist attractions.
